How to request deletion of your personal data from Hotel D Adda.

1. Types of Data We Can Delete

You can request deletion of the following categories of personal data we hold about you:

  • Saved delivery address and profile details.
  • Order history and related notes, where not required for accounting/legal purposes.
  • Support conversations and contact form messages.
  • WhatsApp conversation metadata we store in our systems (not messages stored by WhatsApp itself).

Some data (such as invoices or tax records) may need to be retained for a legally mandated period even after your deletion request is processed.

2. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your data using any of the methods below:

    Send an email with the subject line \"Data Deletion Request\" to info@hoteldadda.com. Please include:

    • Your phone number used with our services / WhatsApp
    • Any other details that help us identify your account or orders
  2. Via WhatsApp
    If you are connected with us on WhatsApp, you can send a message saying \"DATA DELETE\" from your registered number. We may contact you for confirmation before proceeding.
  3. Contact Form
    You may also use the contact form on our website and select a subject related to privacy or data deletion. Please clearly mention that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.

3. Verification and Processing Time

For your security, we may need to verify your identity before processing a data deletion request. This may include confirming your phone number, recent order details, or other information we have on file.

Once your identity is verified, we aim to process your request within a reasonable time frame, usually within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.

4. Data We May Need to Retain

5. WhatsApp and Meta Data

Your conversations with us via WhatsApp are also processed by Meta (WhatsApp's parent company). Deleting your data in our systems does not automatically delete data stored by WhatsApp or Meta.
